Banquet Information

Thank you for your interest in hosting your banquet at the Club Pheasant Restaurant. We are pleased to offer 2 banquet rooms as well as an outdoor patio to hold special events.
We are a full service restaurant and bar offering a variety of homemade entrees including our award winning homemade ravioli,and Garlic Steak Sandwiches. An extensive wine list, beer and liquor options are also available.

Menu our banquet menus consist of customer and employee favorites! You will find our Banquet Menus have a large variety for your guests to choose from including our Famous Garlic Steak Sandwich, homemade Ravioli and sauces. If there is something from our regular menu that you would like to offer for your banquet, please let us know and we would be happy to do what we can to customize a menu for you. For parties over 20 we require a preorder 5 days in advance.

To Host or Not to Host… We offer an extensive bar and wine list available for your event. Both the full bar and wine list are available on a host or no host basis. If you would prefer to bring in your own wine for your event, there is a $10 corkage fee per bottle. We only allow bottles that are not on our wine list to be brought in for corkage. Please check our wine list and be sure that you are not bringing in wine that we serve.

And for Dessert… We offer a variety of desserts to add to your event when you order in advance. Our regular offerings include ice cream cream, Chocolate Layer Cake, and Italian Lemon Creme Cake. We also welcome outside cakes and desserts, please not there is a small additional gratuity added for cutting and serving outside desserts. Please let us know in advance if you pland to add dessert to your banquet or would like to bring your own.

 

Decor… All of our tables are dressed with our standard ivory  table linens. Linens can be changed to compliment your style, theme or color choice. Please contact us for more information including pricing and availability.
You may tape banners and signs to the walls. We welcome balloons, flowers and other decor. Confetti and glitter are NOT permitted. The use of confetti or glitter will result in a $100 cleanup fee.

Banquet Rooms

The Luisa Room named after our founder Luisa Palamidessi, is our largest banquet room, and can accommodate groups up to 100 guests. The room may also be split to accommodate parties as small as 25.  This room is the ideal place for a large banquet, buffet or meeting. There is a drop down projector screen for your use at no extra charge and outlets for A/V equipment. A sound system with microphone is available as well. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use any of these ammenities.

The Club Room is a smaller meeting room which can accommodate parties up to 35, ideal for a family dinner or small meeting.

The Patio, the newest addition, is located just off the Luisa room has a beautiful waterfall, partially covered pergola, adorned with spring and summer flowers and foliage. Round and square wrought iron patio furniture with umbrellas set the stage for any outdoor dinner party, cocktail party or bridal and baby showers. The Patio can seat up to about 50 guests.
